Samsung releases a massive 64gb USB Drive.

Samsung reveals its first 64GB NAND type flash chip. For use in our Promotional USB drives.

We're not sure whats more impressive: the fact that samsung have just produced the worlds first 30nm class 64GB nand chip or that they are already producing them for the mass market to be used in our Promotional USB Drives.

Either way its a serious jump in technology in such a short span of time (10 months).

Samsung also announced its faster more robust SLC based flash cards. Which will still be preffered when money is no object. The chip is based on SaDPT (self aligned double patterning technology)
